Job Description:

Profile: Our client sells tires to retailers (b2b) and is looking for a customer service rep who will take customer calls from businesses who want to order, have questions and complete their order in the system. You must be able to make suggestions, upsell and   at times make proactive outbound calls. You are dynamic, at ease with computer systems and are able to multitask. The ideal candidate has tire industry experience. Please submit your resume in English.

Salary: $40,000-$45,000

Commissions/Bonus: Annual bonus up to $3,000

  • Receive calls from business customers
  • Place orders in our system
  • Suggest alternate products if out of stock
  • Keep a constant flow with customer
  • Follow up on delivery with customer
  • Invoice all shipped orders
  • Verify pricing
  • Issue credit notes when necessary

Languages: French and English

Education: DEC or equivalent experience

Training: On the job training provided

Years’ of experience: 2 years' relevant experience necessary

Other requirements: Able to multi task with a great attitude
