Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a well known company who offers solutions and services to businesses. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. We are looking for an individual with a high level of integrity, confidence, maturity and stability with exceptional solution based selling skills. This opportunity is for the overachievers and the ambitious.

Territory:    Province of Quebec and Ottawa

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: Solutions and Services to businesses

Salary: $45 000

Commissions/Bonus: $20 000 annually (for the first year and uncapped commissions)

Car allowance: N/A

Aggressively pursues and achieves a minimum of 100% of assigned revenue quota (annually and quarterly) through sales of company solutions

  • Build strong partnerships with Small to Medium sized businesses based on end to end solutions
  • Generate sales by proactively prospecting for opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Work in collaboration with your Sales Director at the end to build the strategic plan to develop the business
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
  • Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities and closed Business Solution based selling by assessing customers’ needs and aligning them to our products and services
  • Dealing with customers over the phone in both official languages English and French

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%

Road vs Office: 0%  vs 100%

Languages: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)

Education: Bachelors degree is an asset

Training: In house training program in place

  • Ongoing training

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years’ of experience: 1 to  2 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales measurable (Targets/Quotas)

  • Must have a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Must be a highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
