Job Description:

Profile:  Our client is a long-standing printer who is well respected. They have a steady base of customers and they are looking for a Business Development Rep to upsell and stabilize that base of customers. Your role will be dual as you will be a selling and managing the base of customers. The intention is for someone strong enough and with an interest in becoming a shareholder. This unique opportunity means that you come in knowing the printing world, sell to existing customers, find new clients then become a shareholder.

Territory: Montreal and surroundings

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: Printing services

Salary: $65,000-$80,000 base  

Commissions/Bonus: $15,000 on average

Car allowance: Leased vehicle provided

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

  • Visit our existing customers in an effort to cross-sell
  • Develop new products/services for our markets  
  • Develop new markets and new business
  • Establish a marketing strategy for short and long-term
    Set objectives
  • Work with owner to transition into shareholder/owner
  • Update CRM regularly

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance:   30% vs 70%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English

Education: College degree or equivalent experience needed

Training: On the job training provided but we are looking for someone with some printing industry experience

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight travel needed

Years’ of experience: 5 years' experience needed
