Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a national player in the loyalty programs space and is looking for a sales rep to sell into a vertical market of auto dealerships and recreational vehicles in and around Montreal. Your role will be to sell long-term contracts and help sell the benefits of a loyalty program. You will not only sell but also manage those relationships after the fact. The successful sales rep will have a perfect mix of hunting and consultative sales skills to be able to show the benefit of what you are selling. If you have experience selling a service and selling to dealerships, this could be an ideal position for you.

Salary: Base $65,000-$75,000

Commissions/Bonus: 1st year $15k-20k, 2nd year $35k-$50k and 3rd year and beyond >$50k

  • Identify and prospect potential clients from your vertical market; auto dealerships and RV dealers
  • Consult and meet with decision makers to grow and develop their loyalty programs
  • Show decision makers an ROI and benefits of having a loyalty program
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota
  • Successfully negotiate contracts as per company standards
  • Prepare key account strategy plans
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while working with internal departments
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Participate in team meetings

Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%

Languages: French and English

Education: University or College degree

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: very little overnight travel required

Years’ of experience: 7-10 b2b sales experience needed preferably selling to auto dealerships

Other requirements: Self-starter, self-motivated, driven and you have a track record of success

Transferable contacts: Experience selling into car dealerships is an asset

Transferable Knowledge:
