Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client is in the recycling field and is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who will be a player coach to a small team. You will be in charge of selling major accounts as well as guiding, coaching and motivating a team of 3 reps. The ideal candidate has worked for an SMB but has sold to enterprise accounts. You are a cheerleader who knows the "art and science" of sales management. You thrive on seeing and helping with the success of others and will be an excellent ambassador to our brand and company. Products/Services: Recycling services

Salary: Base $70,000 and $90,000

Commissions/Bonus:   $35,000 variable comp

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%

Road vs Office: 30% vs 70%

Languages: French and English-both written and spoken needed

Education: College degree or equivalent experience

Training: On the job training provided on our business

Overnight Travel: 1 week every 2 months of overnight travel required

Years’ of experience: At least 5 years sales management experience managing and leading a team
