Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client is a global leader in SaaS solutions and platforms that boost commercial interactions between sellers and buyers. We are looking for a Business development Rep who's role will be to join forces and manage strategic channel partners and resellers in the objective of closing opportunities. You will be provided with warm leads from their inside sales team as well as their marketing team. The company is significantly growing and expanding which translate in growth opportunities for the BDR.

Territory: Canada & US

Work Place: South shore of Montreal office or work from home

Products/Services: SaaS

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

Commissions/Bonus:$60,000-$75,000 (uncapped commissions)

Car allowance: $km

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed

-You will present eCommerce solutions

-You will be working in collaboration with solutions engineers

-Understand your clients needs

-Document the clients needs and prepare quotes

-Close the deal

-Manage partners portfolio's

-Performance assessments of existing partners and identify new named partners

-Follow up with won accounts to seek referrals and endorsements

-Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives

-You will be selling to C level executives in small to medium companies

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0%

Road vs Office: 20% vs 80%

Languages: Bilingual (French and English)

Education: University Degree in Ecommerce, Technology or a related field.

Training: On the job training

Overnight Travel: 5% to 10% in North America

Years’ of experience: 3-5 years in a BDR role

Other requirements:

-Must be a team player

-Results oriented

-Must have experience selling technology

-Great communication skills

-Experience selling e-commerce solutions or ERP's will be considered an asset

-Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics

-Cloud solution knowledge
