Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client is a well-known company in the aerospace industry with a rapid pace of growth and is building an inside sales team to sell parts and services to companies in both North America and globally. The role of the inside sales rep will be to call on prospects and win-back clients. This is a fast-paced, matrix oriented environment where we celebrate wins and track our progress. The ideal candidate has a successful track record in inside sales, likes to win and has a great attention to detail. Please submit resume in English.

Work Place: Work from home however training will take place at our Montreal office under strict health protocols in a classroom setting

Products/Services: Aerospace parts and service

Salary: Base $50,000

Commissions/Bonus: $50,000 annually at 100% of target with uncapped commissions

  • Make calls to an assigned list of customers
  • Ask probing questions of the customer's business to understand their needs
  • Conduct follow ups with customers
  • Input data , daily into CRM
  • Meet and exceed quota

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0%

Road vs Office: 0% vs 100%

Languages: Excellent spoken and written English

Education: College degree or equivalent experience

Training: Intensive 1 month training program in class and self-paced online training provided on products and regulations

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years’ of experience: At least 3 years experience in outbound sales experience required

Other requirements: Ability and experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
