Profile: Our client is a well-know aerospace company in growth mode looking to hire a Manager to staff, grow and coach a newly formed inside sales team. The Manager has had success selling quality products or parts to business clients across the world. Your role will be to set KPIs, ensure compliance with our CRM and coach your team to excellence.

Salary: Base $78,000-$95,000

Commissions/Bonus: +35,000 in commissions at plan, uncapped commissions

  • Establish, with the aide of senior management, sales goals
  • Establish weekly activity goals per team member
  • Track activity levels and adjust accordingly
  • Set stretch goals
  • Produce reports, share with team and coach to success
  • Prepare forecasts
  • Suggest improvements on sales metrics
  • Conduct regular sales meetings
  • Conduct regular 1 on 1's
  • Work hand in hand with other departments

Development vs Maintenance: 90% vs 10%

Road vs Office: 0% vs 100%

Languages: Excellent spoken English

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience needed

Training: Full training on our products, processes and systems provided

Overnight Travel: No overnight travel required

Years’ of experience: At least 5 years in a similar role needed

Strong coach

Strong activity management background

Strong coaching using tolls such as the CRM and KPIs

Hands-on style of management
