Functions:

  • Provide sales team with up to date information on market changes, pricing trends and deliveries
  • Set clear objectives to team members
  • Manage and track those objectives
  • Manage inside sales to help grow their customer base
  • Monitor outside sales reps' progress vis a vis new business development
  • Monitor progress via CRM
  • Create reports from CRM to help validate funnel size and actions to be taken
  • Communicate with clients when needed
  • Provide feedback via 1 on 1's and team meetings
  • Communicate with department managers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor inventory with all relevant parties
  • Ensure that all staff has received all relevant training
  • Work closely with product managers

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 60% vs 40%

Road vs Office: 30% vs 70%

Languages: French and English

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider work experience

Training: Full product and personal development training available

Overnight Travel: Very little for now

Years’ of experience: At least 5 years as a Sales manager needed

Other requirements: Can sell above and beyond price

  • Experience working with a CRM
