Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.

Profile: Our client is a leader in the HVAC service industry. They offer maintenance contracts, turnkey engineering services, replacement of equipment and design and installation of control systems. They are looking to hire a sales representative who will develop new customers by selling maintenance contracts and equipment. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-sufficient, has a good sense of urgency, has experience in the HVAC industry or a technical industry and understands service contracts. You will be tasked with developing new potential customers in Montreal and surrounding areas.

Territory: Montreal and surroundings

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: HVAC

Salary:$55,000 - $60,000

Commissions/Bonus: $15,000 - $20,000 quarterly

Car allowance: KM reimbursed

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop new customers in target areas such as industrial, commercial, institutional and multi-residential industries
  • Prospection of new clients

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance:100%vs 0%

Languages: Bilingualism (English and French)

Education: Diploma in building mechanics will be considered an asset

Training: On premise but must come from the HVAC or similar industry

Overnight Travel: Little to none

Years’ of experience: 2-3 years in a business development role in a technical industry
