Profile: Our client is in the sustainable/recycling field and is looking for a solutions-oriented Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for a group of 30 large accounts. The role of the senior account manager is to manage the day to day of these accounts, probe for further opportunities within the accounts and follow up on new opportunities through lead marketing.

Territory: Province of Quebec

Workplace: Combination of work from home and office

Products/Services: Recycling services

Salary: Base $65,000-$75,000

Commissions/Bonus: $40,000 annually at plan, uncapped commissions

Car allowance: km reimbursed

Expense’s reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

  • Promote our new services
  • Grow revenue by assigned metrics
  • Find influencers within accounts
  • Map strategy with clients
  • Perform quarterly revisions with your accounts
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Maintain CRM with up to date information
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Perform demos weekly with prospects
  • Participate in team sales meetings
  • Take an active role in understanding our services

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 20% vs 80%

Road vs Office: 30% vs 70%

Languages: French and English fluency needed

Education: College degree or equivalent experience needed

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight required

Years of experience: 5 years selling experience , especially to major accounts

Other requirements: Understanding of technology, particularly telecom would be an asset

Transferable contacts: Experience selling to CIO, CTOs and IT folks is a major asset

Transferable Knowledge:

  • Strategic selling experience is a must
  • Selling to large enterprise accounts a must
