Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client is a silicon valley start-up looking to hire their first sales employee in Montreal. The company provides e-commerce solutions to small and medium businesses to make the experience for online shoppers to be shorter, faster and more enjoyable. The Customer Success manager's will have Saas experience and be responsible for   working with the account executive and clients/merchants. You will perform demos, identify places for improvement and build a resource library for future use. This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who can learn on the fly, be creative, show initiative and be data-driven. The Customer Success manager is involved from pre-sales to post sales and is a true advocate for the company.

Territory: North America

Workplace: Work from home for now

Products/Services: eCommerce SaaS solutions

Salary: Base $60,000-$70,000  

Commissions/Bonus: At 100% of plan= $40,000

Car allowance: N/A

Expense’s reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

  • Actively work with customers as they transform from prospect to client
  • Guides clients through the sales process
  • Perform demos to showcase our services
  • Work with Account executives to qualify clients
  • Provide technical support to clients
  • manage the trial phase of the sales process
  • Continuously suggest and implement strategies that will elevate the engagement of clients
  • Develop customer relationships
  • Actively collect client feedback
  • Ensure smooth running of account after implementation
  • Encourage upsells and cross sells
  • Build a relationships between client and support resources

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%

Road vs Office: 10% vs 90%

Languages: Excellent communication in English, ideally French as well

Education: University degree or equivalent experience needed

Training: On the job training provided but must have a background in SaaS or e-commerce

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight travel needed

Years of experience: 3+ years working as a customer success manager

Other requirements: Experience performing technical demos is a plus

Transferable contacts: Selling to CMOs, CEO and owners is a must

Transferable Knowledge:

  • Experience with SaaS B2B
