Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.

Profile: Our client has been in business for over 40 years in the field of transportation as well as the maintenance, repair and sale of new and used   truck parts. We are looking to fill a Parts Manager position who will be responsible for a small team (3), inventory management, daily orders, help at the counter as well as online sales for certain parts. If you enjoy varied tasks, taking on projects and completing them and are dynamic, this position might interest you!

Territory: Province of Québec

Work Place: Montreal / South shore

Product/Services: Parts and repairs  

Salary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00

Commission/Bonus: N/A

Car Allowance: N/A

  • Counter help  
  • Daily orders and stock checks
  • Parts inventory for used body parts, unsold parts  
  • Reception of parts and inventory management
  • Purchase of parts
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Manage schedules during holidays and vacations

  • Data entries in the inventory system
  • Set online sales project for used truck parts
  • Determine merchandise to be sold
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Languages: French is a must and English is a nice to have  

Education:  Post-Secondary education

Training: In house training

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years’ of experience: 5 to 10 years experience in parts (automobile or truck) and the candidate must have minimum 5 years of management experience  

-Work can be physical on occasion

-Work indoors and sometimes outdoors

-Work schedule 6:30 to 3:00 monday to friday
