Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client supplies specialized industrial products to OEMs across Quebec and is looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of 6 sales people who service a loyal group of customers. The Sales Manager that we seek is used to and able to form long-term relationships with both their team and longstanding customers. Please submit your resume in English.

Territory: Province of Quebec

Workplace: Home office with travel 1x week to office

Products/Services: Specialized industrial supplies

Salary: Base $125,000-$130,000

Commissions/Bonus: 30% of base salary + profit sharing

Car allowance: Company car provided + gas card+ repairs+ maintenance

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

  • Lead a team of seasoned salespeople attain and surpass their objectives
  • Assist with client proposals

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 20% vs 80%

Road vs Office: 60% vs 40%

Languages: French and English (bilingualism required)

Education: Bachelor's degree in business required

Training: Detailed on the road training provided

Overnight Travel: Less than 20% overnight travel required

Years of experience: At least 8 years sales management experience in a similar industry is required
