Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.

Profile: Our customer is a leader in financial services. This public company benefits from an important growth across Canada. They are looking to fulfill 2 new positions for Bilingual contact center associates for their Montreal office. The contact center associate will be primarily responsible to make warm outbound phone calls to prospective clients who have inquired to receive some information about our solutions, as well has handle inbound calls with the same purpose. Your objective will be to qualify clients and book telephone meeting for our Inside sales team. The successful candidate is able to demonstrate solid problem-solving skills and good judgement as well as conflict management skills. They will also need to be able to managed time sensitive information and is well organized.

Territory: Province of Quebec

Work Place: Montreal

Product/Services: Financial services

Salary: $48,000.00 to $52,000.00

Commission/Bonus: $600/monthly at 100% of target

  • Handling inbound calls for prospective clients who are reaching out for information
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients who have already reached out for some information
  • Deliver prepared sales talk that describes our products in order to persuade potential customers to book a meeting with our Inside sales team
  • Explain our products, overcome objections and answer client questions
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and secured debt and enter the information
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
  • Telephone or correspond to inquiries from customers
  • Schedule appointments with the Inside Sales Team for customers

Job Requirements:

Inbound vs Outbound: 50% vs 50%

Languages: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)

Education:   College degree or relevant experience

Training: In house virtual training, 2 weeks  

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years’ of experience: 2 years progressive sales or phone sales experience required

Also looking for;

-Telemarketing experience selling or influencing prospective clients is an asset

-Experience and comfortable gathering sensitive information from clients regarding their financial situation

-Experience with CRM software, salesforce an asset but not required

-Able to work on flexible shifts, including some weekends

-Work hours 11:30 to 8:00 PM

-Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel

-Comfortable working with targets and achieving them

-Team player and internally motivated to be the best
