Profile: Our client manufactures metals and alloys used by clients across the world. They are in growth mode and are looking for a sales coordinator to work within a small sales team to manage the day-to-day needs of a group of 30 clients. The role of sales coordinator is to handle the daily activities of the clients assigned to you. These tasks include paperwork, fielding emails and calls and speaking to our suppliers to ensure a timely delivery of products. This role is an entry level role and is right for someone who can see themselves growing within the company and getting more responsibilities after 1 year. The person we seek, is highly organized (they don't drop the ball), personable (people like being around them) and efficient (they get things done). Please send your resume in English.

Salary: Base $50,000 to $60,000

Commissions/Bonus: Discretionary end of year bonus based on company results

Car allowance: N/A

Expense’s reimbursement: In the event that you go out to see a client, all expenses reimbursed

  • Speak to customers daily to determine their needs
  • Field calls and emails and respond within the same day
  • Trouble shoot issues that clients bring up
  • Ensure that paperwork is well-filled out
  • Negotiate pricing
  • Receive requests for materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients, any outstanding needs
  • Keep client list up to date
  • Have deep discovery calls with clients in an effort to understand their needs
  • Develop new client and supplier relationships

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 15% vs 85%

Road vs Office: 5% vs 95%

Languages: French and English

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider equivalent experience

Training: Full onboarding training and on the job training provided

Overnight Travel: No overnight travel

Years of experience: at least 2 years in a similar position required
