Profile: Our client offers IT security services to   companies and is looking for a partner manager whose role it will be to grow the wallet share of our partners across Canada. You will support, train, recruit and coordinate activities. We are looking for a hands-on partner manager who will work with our clients to determine their needs and map out how to bring it to them. You will promote joint sales opportunities and play an active role in their success.

Territory: Canada

Workplace: Office and work from home

Products/Services: IT security services

Salary: Base $80,000-$100,000

Commissions/Bonus: $50,000-$75,000, uncapped commissions

Car allowance: $/km

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

  • Support partner go-to-market strategies
  • Deliver partner sales and product training

  • Assist partners with sales opportunities
  • Track pipeline and opportunities
  • Bring leads to maturity
  • Participate in product demos, proposals and business plan execution
  • Assist partners with their clients
  • Keep records up to date via company CRM

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English-written and spoken

Education: College degree or equivalent experience

Training: On the job training

Overnight Travel:

Years of experience: 3 years in a similar b2b role

Other requirements:

Transferable contacts:

  • Knowledge of the cyber security industry and/or partner network is an asset

Transferable Knowledge:

  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience using LinkedIn sales navigator
