Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client is a national player in the payroll and time management field and is looking for a sales rep to cover a territory. You will handle businesses of all sizes and be tasked with both following up on leads and creating your own leads. The person we seek is looking for a career where they can grow within the role and company. The person we seek has experience selling b2b great people skills, strong sales skills and is well-organized. Please provide your resume in English.

Territory: Montreal and surroundings

Workplace: Work from home and once a week at office

Products/Services: Payroll services

Salary: Base $50,000

Commissions/Bonus: At 100% of plan an additional $42k

Car allowance: $6,000 per year

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

  • Find and develop prospects through activities such as LinkedIn, cold calls and networking
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all leads given to you
  • Update CRM with all sales activities
  • Determine client needs through thoughtful questions
  • Prepare and deliver demos alone and when needed, with technical resources
  • Prepare and deliver quotes
  • Educate clients and prospects on our services

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 30% vs 70%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English (written and spoken)

Education: College degree or equivalent experience

Training: Online training and on the job in-person training given

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight travel required

Years of experience: At least 2 years successful b2b sales experience needed

Other requirements: Ability to perform demos when needed

Transferable Knowledge:

  • Knows how to use a CRM
