Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client is a well-known company who offers solutions and services to businesses. They are looking for a New business development rep with a proven track record in a similar role. This person will have to achieve several sales objectives. This opportunity is for a true hunter who has a proven track record exceeding sales target and someone who has shown stability in their career path.

Territory: Montreal and surroundings  

Work Place: Work from home

Products/Services: Solutions to businesses

Salary: Base $65,000

Commissions/Bonus: $30,000-$35,000 uncapped commissions

Car allowance: 550$ per month

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Other Benefits: Full-insurance plan (medical, dental, vision, long and short-term disability, RRSP)


  • Constantly generate new revenue monthly
  • The candidate must develop and implement a business plan to achieve/exceed the sets sales targets
  • Keeps a funnel full of various opportunities
  • Ensure that updates are entered in the CRM
  • Prospect strategically in an assigned territory
  • Establish a strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Keep up to date on the solutions offered as well as on the market to develop
  • Stay the point of contact for the accounts you have developed
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Perform demos and presentations to potential clients

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0%

Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%

Languages: English and French

Education: Bachelor's degree is a strong asset

Training: On the job training provided as well as formal virtual training  

Overnight Travel: No overnight travel required

Years’ of experience:  2-3 years of successful b2b selling solutions or services is required.

  • You have a track record of consistent sales success
