Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of architectural products used in construction of homes, condos, commercial and industrial projects. They are located in the Montérégie area and are looking for a marketing coordinator who will work 2 days per week from office closely with the VP and President to help achieve their marketing plan. Ideally the person we seek loves and has experience in the building products or construction industry. You have a strong design and visual background coupled with marketing coordination experience. You will be in charge of working on catalogues, our branding, social media and even taking photos of our finished projects on site. We are looking for a marketing coordinator who has touched and will touch a variety of different things such as, social media, Wordpress, branding, catalogues, logo and will work with our advertising agency when more in depth is needed.

Territory: Greater Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa

Workplace: 2 days from office in Montérégie and 3 days from home

Products/Services: Architectural building products

Salary: $52,000 to $55,000

Commissions/Bonus: 5% bonus

Car allowance: Reimbursement of kms

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to new product launches
  • Manage all sales tools to which helps the sales department with their sales pitches
  • Coordinate the development and upkeep of our website
  • Coordinate and prepare for our company's attendance at trade shows
  • Support the training efforts of tradespeople who will buy and install our products
  • Monitor the budget and control expenses related to b2b marketing
  • Support all customer communications to ensure that company standards are kept

Job Requirements:

Languages: French and English

Education: Bachelor's in marketing or equivalent experience needed

Training: On the job provided

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight travel required
