Profile: Our client is a major player in the waste disposal industry and is looking for 2 salespeople to do 100% b2b business development. This team of top performers is looking to add to the team. The person we seek does not have to have industry experience, just bring your winning attitude and unstoppable personality to the table. We will teach you, coach and guide you and give you time to ramp up to over achievement. You will be assigned a territory (either Laval or Montreal) and will be responsible for finding and cultivating new business. For that, you will receive training, a corporate career and be well-remunerated.  

Territory: Laval or Montreal

Workplace: Hybrid  

Products/Services: Waste management services

Salary: $45,000-$55,000

Commissions/Bonus: Additional $45,000-$55,000 in commissions

Car allowance: $0.58/km

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

  • Sell company services to companies in assigned territory
  • Update company CRM daily
  • Develop and set goals for yourself and territory
  • Maintain your funnel of opportunities, up to date
  • Follow up with clients on a timely basis
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with agreed upon date and time with clients
  • Actively participate in company sales training programs
  • Participate in sales meetings
  • Come prepared for 1 on 1 with sales manager
  • Participate in the different sales contests

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0%

Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%

Languages: French and English

Education: Post-secondary education preferred

Training: Full training program provided

Overnight Travel: No overnight travel required

Years of experience: At least 1 year of successful selling needed
