Profile: Our client is an international distributor of electrical and electronic composites and they are looking to add to their inside sales team. We are searching for an individual who has an attention to detail, strong at developing existing relationships and has a helpful nature. You will take ownership of the 15 to 20 large clients for which you will be responsible, nurture and grow them. You need to be well-organized for this role as you will be fielding calls and emails and will be expected to respond to clients in a timely manner. Salary: Base $50,000-$70,000

Commissions/Bonus: $35,000-$40,000 with additional money for overachievement

  • Build solid relationships with customer assigned to you
  • Account planning and forecasting
  • Respond to request for quotes
  • Close business deals by coordinating requirements and developing and negotiating contracts
  • Place orders, as need be
  • Troubleshoot client issues
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline
  • Work hand in hand with manager on strategies
