Job Description:

Profile: Sirius Personnel is a firm specializing in the recruitment of corporate sales personnel. We are looking for a Junior Recruiter Researcher for our office.The main responsibility of this role will be to source / search for candidates, and to understand the organizational needs in order to be able to support the recruiting team. Eventually you will be able to work on your own mandates.

Territory: Greater Montreal area

Work Place: Work from home and may ask for a presence at the office 1 or 2 days   per week

Products/Services: Recruitment services

Salary: based on experience

Commissions/Bonus: TBD

  • Establish the research plan and build the list of target companies;
  • Target the right profiles according to the criteria of the position and the client's business context
  • Perform additional research on the required channels and platforms (ex: LinkedIn, directories of professional associations , candidate banks, etc.
  • Participate in staff recruitment mandates (search for candidates in the database, preparation of a hunting list, telephone hunt, coordination of interviews, etc.)
  • Update the CRM on a daily basis ( client and candidate profiles and activities)
  • Understand and classify candidate resume information and enter data into CRM
  • Telephone interviews to qualify candidates Invite candidates for face-to-face / virtual interviews

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 0% vs 100%

Road vs Office: 0% vs 100%

Languages: Proficient with oral and written communication both French and English

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Training: on site and continuous training provided  

Overnight Travel: No travel  

Years’ of experience: minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer service, recruitment or research

Other requirements:

  • Training or experience related to recruitment / staffing
  • Be very comfortable working constantly in multi-tasking mode
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Having experience working with a CRM system would be an asset
  • Navigating social media, LinkedIn, Facebook , research site
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.
