Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client sells information technology products and services, integrated solutions which include legacy services, data center and cloud storage services. We are looking for a national account manager who will be responsible for a list of named accounts Ontario. The national account manager that we seek has sold into the national accounts, understands and has sold technology and is strategic in their sales approach. The position involves selling wide and deep into a group of named accounts and reaching out to non-customers. The focus is on selling net new revenue into both existing named accounts and new accounts. The person we seek is a hunter, strategic in nature, sells solutions and has a background in a solutions sale.

Territory: Greater Toronto Area

Workplace: Work from home but "hoteling" available at office

Products/Services: Digital solutions, Data management, records management

Salary: Base $95,000- $100,000

Commissions/Bonus: $96,000 at 100% of plan with possibility of overachievement

Car allowance: Based on matrix

Expense’s reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

  • Assess and identify existing client and potential client   environment issues as it pertains to data management
  • Position company's products and services
  • Implicate partners when   needed
  • Present solutions to clients via presentations and proposals
  • Develop and deliver high-level presentations
  • Update company CRM with opportunities
  • Grow client revenue
  • Grow client base
  • Serve as the "voice of the customer"

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 90% within book of business and the balance, net-new clients

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: English

Education: Bachelor's degree necessary

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight travel required

Years of experience: At least 5 years selling in a similar role

Other requirements: Ability to sell into sales cycles that range from 6 months to 18
