Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.

Profile: Our client sells heavy equipment and the service contracts associated with them. We are looking for a service coordinator who will work hand in hand with clients, service technicians and internal resources to plan the scheduling of work that has been sold. The person for this role is detail-oriented, loves working in a fast-paced environment and loves touching different aspects of the job. You will coordinate the service calls, enter contracts, respond to emails and phone calls and troubleshoot for our technicians who are on the road.  

Territory: Province of Québec

Workplace: Montreal

Products/Services: Heavy equipment/service contracts

Salary: $50,000-$55,000

Commissions/Bonus: 8% annual bonus

  • Coordinate all service calls for all jobs sold
  • Take technician calls to help resolve issues of coordination
  • Take client calls and redirect where need be
  • Answer emails for service calls
  • Organize all outsourced services and providers
  • Plan and dispatch technicians with client's schedule
  • Evaluate labour and material costs and travel expenses
  • Dispatch billing/order management once all calls are closed
  • Close off all paperwork once service calls are done

Education: College degree or equivalent experience
