Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client sells information technology products and services, integrated solutions which include legacy services, data center and cloud storage services. We are looking for a Business development associate to sell bundles to the Public/Government sectors by prospecting and engaging customers to increase our footprint within your territory. This is an inside sales position with the ultimate goal of being trained to move to an outside sales BDE role.  

Territory: Named Accounts

Workplace: Home office

Products/Services: Digital solutions, Data management, records management

Salary: 65,000$

Commissions/Bonus: 25,000$

Prospect into a list of accounts

Assess and understand the prospects needs and business model

Build customer relationships through strategic conversations

Act as an industry expert to the customer

Continuously prospects to develop new clients


Exceed quota

Enter activities in SalesForce

Responsible for final account sales

Negotiate rates

You will be trained and prepared for the ultimate goal of transitioning to an outside sales, BDE role

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0%

Road vs Office: 0% vs 100%

Languages: Bilingual

Education: University degree

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: No over night travel required

Years of experience: 1-3 years in a similar role

Other requirements:

  • Successful track record in sales
  • Good negotiator
  • Experience with strategic sales

Transferable Knowledge:

  • Experience working with SalesForce
  • Experience selling to public sector is an asset
