Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (www.siriuspersonnel.com)

Profile:   Our client provides lead generation services for technology and software companies (mostly large IT software vendors) across North America, Europe and Asia. We are looking for a Sales Development Rep (SDR) used to handling complex sales cycles to qualify and engage prospects in North America. You will manage relationships with client through follow-ups and meetings and coordinate leads to our outside rep. You will have the opportunity to grow in a low pressure environment that has your well-being in mind.

Territory:   North America

Salary:   $ 50,000 - $ 70,000  

Commissions/Bonus:   $ 10, 000 - $ 17,500

Education:   College degree or equivalent experience

Training:   Full training of 3 to 4 weeks provided

Years of experience:   2-3 years of relevant experience
