Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client designs and manufactures acoustic panels used by schools, businesses, etc. We are looking for a Channel managers who will be responsible for deploying the strategy as well as promoting the company's brand image and products to assigned distributors. The Channel manager will have to maximize sales through the distribution network. You are creative, have the ability to influence and mobilize a team and have already supported a distribution network, do not hesitate to apply!

Territory: Province of Quebec

Workplace: Home office and presence at the office 1 x week (Monday morning meeting)

Products/Services: Acoustic panels

Salary:$70,000 to $80,000

Commissions/Bonus: Bonus $10,000 to 15,000$ per year

Car allowance: $0.53KM allowance

Expense’s reimbursement: All business expenses reimbursed

  • Control the application of the partnership contract and ensure that the actions taken by the members of the distributors' teams comply with the various clauses of our agreements;
  • Ensure the consistency and proper application of the brand image with distributors, their salespersons and sales representatives;
  • Interaction with distributors, their salespersons and sales representatives for training, information exchange or accompaniment on our products;
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, design and coordinate operations and animation activities (contests, challenges, activities, etc.);
  • Accompany the sellers and sales representatives of our distributors during presentations products at customers;
  • Collect and analyze the sales results of our distributors by following the evolution of their activities and issue recommendations when necessary;
  • Establish a diagnosis of sales generated by partnerships with our distributors and support them in their efforts to increase sales and brand visibility;
  • Make sure to coordinate the material needs necessary for our distributors so that they have everything available to promote our brand;
  • Ensure that our distributors, their salespeople and sales representatives are up to date with the brand and its products

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance:    20% vs 80%

Road vs Office:80% vs 20%

Languages: French and English  

Education: Bachelor in administration or marketing or relevant experience

Training: Structured training provided  

Overnight Travel: very little travel

Years of experience: minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or managing a distribution network
