Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (


Our client manufactures truck accessories sold for commercial and recreational purposes. They have been in business for over 45 years and sell in Canada and the United States. They are looking to add a Territory Manager to their growing team to cover the Midwestern United States territory. You will continuously prospect for new customers through inbound leads, leads from the company's marketing efforts as well as your own. You will have existing customers to take over and sell. This position is for someone who enjoys traveling as you will be spending up to 100 days per year doing so. In the United States, you will travel with a demo unit to introduce the product to your potential customers. They offer an excellent corporate culture and opportunities for growth.

Territory: Midwestern United States

Workplace: South shore of Montreal and home office

Products/Services:   Truck accessories

Salary: 50,000$ + guaranteed commissions

Commissions/Bonus: 40,000$ - $70,000 commissions

Car allowance:

  • KM reimbursed
  • Vehicle provided during travel in the United States

Expense’s reimbursement:

  • All travel expenses including hotel and meals

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 70% vs 30 %

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: Written and spoken English is a must

Education: Post secondary education

Training: Training provided

Overnight Travel: About 100 days overnight travel a year (usually 3-4 days every 2 weeks)

Years of experience: 3 years in a b2b business development role
