Profile: Our client sells bakery products to the retail and foodservices clients in the province of Quebec. You will be tasked with taking car of existing major accounts and finding new accounts in the province. The Key Account rep we seeks must have bakery experience. Territory: Province of Quebec

Workplace: Work from home (local to Montreal)

Products/Services: Bakery products

Salary: Base $100,000

Commissions/Bonus: 15% on base salary

Car allowance: $500 monthly

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Functions:

• Build an effective business plan to leverage company's strengths
• Provide forecasting and budgeting on a per client basis
• Develop and keep relationships with key accounts
• Work closely with resources internally n your clients' behalf
• Expand existing customers product listings
• Prepare business proposals
• Be the voice of the customer
• Handle customer concerns at head office

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 30% vs 70%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English required

Education: Post-secondary degree required

Training: On the job training required

Overnight Travel:

Years of experience: At least 3 years industry experience required

Other requirements:

• Great negotiator
• Experience with food brokers and distribution would be an asset
• Ability to build solid relationships

Transferable contacts: Experience selling to major retailers at the head office level required

Transferable Knowledge:

• Ability to make group presentations and respond to questions
