Profile: Our client makes high-tech equipment and is looking for a CRM specialist to work with their marketing department. The person that we are looking for has a background in technology and is familiar with the biggest CRm software and will help manage lead generation flow into the sales department.

Territory: Global

Workplace: Hybrid (2 days at office/week)

Products/Services: High-tech equipment

Salary: $70,000-$80,000

Commissions/Bonus: N/A

Functions:

• Manage lead process from website to sales
• Understand the sales process
• Solicit feedback from sales department
• Follow up on leads with sales
• Keep excellent records  
• Gather intelligence from several sources
• Report on key metrics
• Customize our process

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: N/A

Road vs Office: 3 days home office + 2 days Montreal office

Languages: Excellent spoken and written English + French

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Training: On the job training

Overnight Travel: No overnight travel required

Years of experience: At least 3 years experience

Other requirements: Able to take on several tasks at a time

Transferable contacts: N/A

Transferable Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Salesforce or Hubspot an asset
• Excellent project management skills
