Profile:Our client has been working in the HVAC industry for over 40 years. The quality of service has made our client a company of choice for commercial and industrial customers when it comes to maintenance programs or installation of air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration equipment. We are looking for an External Sales Representative who will be responsible for an existing clientele and will also have to acquire new clients.
Territory: Montreal
Workplace: North Shore (open to remote 2 days/week at home)
Products/Services: HVAC
Salary:$70,000 to $80,000
Commissions/Bonus:$20,000 first year (guaranteed with existing base of customers) no cap on commissions
Car allowance: KM allowance

Development vs Maintenance:60%vs 40%

Languages: French and functional English
Education: Diploma or relevant experience
Training: On the job training, however knowledge of the HVAC is an asset
Overnight Travel: No overnight travel
Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an outside sales rep
Other requirements: Experience or strong knowledge in the HVAC - R industry, an asset
