Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (www.siriuspersonnel.com)

Profile: Our client is a digital marketing agency locate in Montreal and because of growth, is in need of a social media practice leader. You will be responsible for advancing the advertising use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn). We are looking for an individual who has at least 5 years experience in the field. You will be tasked with sharing your practices, knowledge and vision with team members and will be primarily focused on paid advertising but will have some organic aspect to the role.

Territory: Open

Workplace: Work from home (local to Montreal) + 12 weeks permitted to work outside of local territory

Products/Services: Advertising services using social media  

Salary: Base $85,000

Commissions/Bonus: $2,000 annually based on company performance

Car allowance: N/A

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Other Benefits:

• 3 weeks' vacation
• 2 weeks at Christmas where office is closed
• 12 weeks of work permitted outside of Canada
• $100 per month of spending reimbursed for health, gym etc

Functions:

• Contribute to the company's positioning as a leader in social media advertising
• Work with digital marketing specialists to train them on best practices
• Continue ongoing contact with our partners to be up to date on new and upcoming trends
• Monitor the various campaigns and evaluate their performances
• Participate in improving our digital strategies and plans
• Make recommendations to optimize our our campaigns

Development vs Maintenance: N/A

Road vs Office: 0% vs 100%

Languages: French and English is a must

Education: University degree or equivalent experience

Training: On the job provided

Overnight Travel: No overnight travel required

Years of experience: At least 5 years in the field
