Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.

Profile: Our client is a global   manufacturer of food products sold to retailers and distributors across the world. They are looking to hire a bilingual customer service rep to take care of their existing base of customers. You will be tasked with answering all inbound calls, taking orders and entering them in the system. Furthermore, they are looking for someone who will take initiative to upsell and cross sell in existing accounts.

  • You will be tasked with taking incoming calls and responding to emails
  • Provide information about our products to existing  and new customers
  • Take care of our large base of customers by providing an excellent customer service
  • Up sell and cross sell existing  customers
  • Data entry
  • Order entry
  • Provide a great after sales service
  • Prepare invoices and bills for outgoing shipments
