Job Description:

Profile: Do you love the cosmetics and beauty industry? Do you love serving people? Read on. Our client; located on the south shore is a distributor of cosmetics and beauty products is looking for an inside sales rep to take and make calls to salons, spas and beauty professionals. You will take orders from clients, up sell and cross sell them. You are responsible for making calls to generate new business as well as providing exceptional customer service to our B2B clients.

Territory: Canada and US

Work Place: South Shore

Products/Services: Cosmetics and beauty products

Salary: $36,000 – $40,000

Commissions/Bonus: in effect, based on company and individual objectives

  • Make dozens of calls daily to both existing customers and new potential clients
  • Qualify new prospects using a set method used by our customer
  • Create and build relationships
  • Promote, sell and secure orders
  • Do visits to local salons on an as needed basis
  • Always provide an excellent and professional service
  • Enter information into our computer system
  • Keep great and accurate records

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%

Road vs Office: 5% vs 95%

Languages: French and English

Education: Post secondary education in either aesthetics, cosmetics or any related field

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel:   From time to time there are trade shows to attend and the company pays for all expenses outside of the province

Years’ of experience: 2 years in B2B sales and cosmetics

Other requirements: You are friendly, well-spoken and ready to close the deal. You have a valid drivers' license
