Job Description:

Our client is a manufacturer of high-end construction materials. You will be in charge of maintaining and building a client base in the Montreal and surroundings territories. You will sell to architects, designers, contractors and maintain this base of clients.

Work place: North Shore of Montreal (Visit to the offices a few times a week or for sales meetings)

Products and Services: High-end construction materials

Salary: $ 45,000 to $ 50,000

Commissions and bonuses: Uncapped commissions $15,000 - $20,000

Car allowance: Car provided or monthly car allocation

Development VS Maintenance: 60% VS 40%

Road VS Office : 80% VS 20%

Languages: Perfectly bilingual  

Training: Full training will be provided by the employer but the person has to come from the industry.



Identify business opportunities with architects, designers and contractors

Answer customer (B2C) requests occasionally (25%)

Assist the Sales Director with business development

Develop strong relationships and influence customers and prospects

Adapt a solution-based selling skills

Do ''lunch and learn'' with customers

Maintain complete and concrete documentation of prospects in order to contact them on a regular basis

Go to construction site at the customer's business in order to do a need assessment and all measurements for an accurate sales proposal.

Job Requirements:

Education: A BAC is an asset

Number of years of experience: A minimum of  5 years managing a territory and also doing business development

Other requirements:
