Our client provides industrial services to companies across the province and is looking for an Inside Manager who will manage a group of account managers who are responsible for renewing customer contracts and upselling them. You have successfully worked with a CRM, managed KPIs and are comfortable coaching on the road with account managers. You have great execution, follow up and follow through skills.Functions:
Manage and motivate an inside sales team -Manage the customer retention program with your team
Drive plan to proactively contact clients prior to their contract expiration -Ensure that proper follow up is done by team members (be ahead of the curve)
Drive and participate in win-back program -Perform regular 1 on 1's with your team members
Use CRM as a tool to manage the business -Perform paperwork and administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Academic | Minimum DEC or equivalent experience needed |
Languages | Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) |
Experience | At least 5 years in a similar position needed |
