They are currently looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for growing their loyal customer base by generating new business revenue within existing distribution accounts. This position operates under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment. Reporting to the President, Sales and Customer Relations you will maintain excellent relationships in order to renew existing customers and exceed revenue objectives.Functions:
EFFECTIVELY RENEW ALL ASSIGNED ACCOUNTS WITH FAVORABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention while helping to grow our incremental revenue.

Adapt and personalize an established sales and service process to engage and interest customers in additional products and services.

OPERATIONS - Be aware of and make sure applications are done for grants (MDEIE and others) and awards. Support the president in the logistical details of producing in China, not the production side but the logistical side/project management side to make sure all steps are followed
YOU PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL – Maintain scrupulous call records and account status information in our CRM. Participate in developing sales strategies and forecasts. Generate referral leads from satisfied customers. Assist and support President in the daily operations of the Sales division. Organize weekly team meetings with everyone (draw up the agenda and perpare for the meeting) while incorporating all topics the president and others want to discuss.
ADMINISTRATION - Lead team and oversee customer service, billing shipping and logistics process. Ensure customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner and that product production and shipping is on target. - Oversee the follow up of the R&D credits application
Job Requirements:
Academic | *Bachelors degree is preferred |
Languages | Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) |
Experience | 5 years + experience selling consumer products to retail markets |
Proven track record in sales Ability to lead and motivate Experience selling consumer goods Strong trade show experience Willing to develop new accounts Must be organized and systematic |
