Achieve sales objectives through outbound calls, as per budget
Develop the full sales potential of all accounts
Develop and maintain excellent customer relations by calling customers regularly
Develop new prospective accounts according to plan by soliciting new customers and providing adequate follow-up
Maintain consistent contact with active, inactive and prospective accounts
Develop a customer base
Use the ACT database and other tools to ensure proper follow up with customers
Notify head of department of any apparent credit risks due to changing conditions in the customer’s business
Promote company products and services
Fulfill customer needs and ensure satisfaction
Have thorough knowledge of the products sold by the company
Take care of problems in a timely fashion

Job Requirements:

Academic Minimum education of a DEC.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
Experience of having worked as a Customer Service Representative is an asset.
