Our client is a distributor of medical equipment destined for hospitals and long-term care facilities. Our customer is looking for an assistant to the management and will be responsible of supporting all sales activities, administration and service. The candidate will have to show his/her sense of initiative, will have to be a team player and has to be entrepreneurial (take at heart the business operations).Functions:
-Plan, organize, supervise, monitor and evaluate the use of human and material resources of all aspects of the business (sales, repair and maintenance) -Support the President in business development -Identify organizational development needs, develop an action plan and implement it
-Master the different procedures of the life of a contract (exchange, warranty, installation) -Ability to manage trade relations: have good interpersonal skills -Have a culture customer service: responsiveness, customer satisfaction involvement
-Understand the design specifications of the project and establish a price quote accordingly -Develop practical and effective working tools -Prepare detailed offers in collaboration with the Director General in coordinating internal resources to produce all components of the proposed services
-Follow up with customers on the progress of proposals in the sales cycle to positively influence the outcome of the bids, manage expectations and optimize customer service -Responding to tender within the prescribed delays -Introduction and marketing of new products
Job Requirements:
Academic | College degree in administration or equivalent experience needed |
Languages | Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) |
Experience | Minimum 5 years experience related to the responsibilities and duties associated with the position |
