Our client is a customer service provider who is experiencing a high amount of growth. They are looking to hire a Director of Recruitment (brand new role) who will be responsible for a team of recruiters across Canada. You will be responsible for the overall recruitment strategy for the organization.


Develop a national recruitment strategy customized for our local markets; -Create, organize, and implement innovative recruiting and selection processes & tools to drive efficiency in order to optimize the quality of our call center hires, including strategies to attract talent from non-traditional or diverse talent pools;
Develop and lead a team of recruitment professionals who are responsible for delivering the best call center representatives skilled in customer care, sales, loyalty and technical know-how; -Analyze and use data to develop and deliver on recruitment metrics that measure the quality and efficiency of our recruitment, our hiring professionals and the cost of staffing that are grounded in sound practices;
Develop and support employee engagement in recruitment activities through employee surveys, social media and on-site activities. -Promote our brand as a Canadian employer of choice by participating in community driven and industry related events;
Maintain a pulse on operational issues/concerns relevant to talent acquisition and provide recommended actions to Senior Management to improve the recruitment and onboarding experience. -Spearhead the integration activities for newly acquired organizations, including employee transfers, recruitment best-practices and policies, etc

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
Languages English essential and Bilingualism a strong asset
Experience 8 - 10 years of experience in recruiting
  Extensive expertise & proven track record in talent acquisition, with comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment life-cycle;
