Supervise, coach and motive a major account team (5 sales representative and 1 dietician will be supervised by the Sales Manager).
Build a strategic sales plan for your team in accordance with the management team.
Active player in building and improving current and future major accounts.
Build a partnership attitude with existing customers and prospect for new ones.
Supervise RFQ, FRI and RFP and compare them with your competitors.
Manage a clientele portfolio, a value of $1,000,000 in revenue.
Analyze sales results and identify potential pockets of opportunitues for our company.
Implement and monitor compliance of your agreements.
Create and prepare buisiness plan and review for your customers.
Maintain an excellent relationship with our Toronto head office.
Active member of the Quebec management community.

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in administration or other related degree.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 5-7 years in managing a B2B sales team and 2 years out of the 7 that you have need to be with a major account team.
Experience in the food industry
  Time management and set priorities.
Great interpersonnal skills.
Team builder.
Can work under pressure.
Customer orentied attitude.
