Our client is a manufacturer of lubricants and serves primarily the industrial sector. We are looking for a territory manager to manage a south shore territoy where your role will be to manage a customer base, upsell that base and hunt for new business in your territory. As part of your role, you will be responsible for building a territory/business plan, executing on that plan and ensuring overall satisfaction of your customers.You are comfortable with a sales cycle of up to 6 months and the deligent use of a CRM to track your progress.Functions:
Be in charge of maximizing profitability and volumes;
Prospect for new customers

Develop local policy specific to the territory covered in collaboration with the Director of Sales;
Promote product range to clients and distributors;

Educate customers about the company's products;
Participate in the development of annual sales targets

Job Requirements:
Academic | University or college studies in industrial or a technical field |
Languages | Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) |
Experience | 5 years experience in lubricant sales |
Professional image required Ability to work in collaboration with the customer service and marketing departments Strong organizational skills and initiative Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and the use of a CRM |
