You have a dual role in that you will have a sales quota , make sales and manage a small team of 4 inside sales people. The candidate must be willing to lead by example and make sales on the phone yourself, hire, discipline and motivate.


Make sales via the phone of the company's services -Manage the recruitment of inside sales reps -Train and motivate your internal sales team to attain and overachieve objectives
-Articulate sales strategies, company strategies to your team so that sales and profit goals are met -Establish sales and activity standards and monitor on a regular basis
-Create team synergy and ensure cooperation with production team -Prepare forecasting, productivity and sales reports per territory -Develop an evaluation form for internal sales representatives -Evaluate reps with this form
-Motivate sales team -Implement sales strategies -Organize sales team via equal territories

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or University educated
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 2 years experience in managing an inside sales team or you are a top producing inside sales rep who is ready for the next step and demonstrates leadership qualities
  -Experience in b2b strategic selling -Experience in both inside sales -Creative approach -high level of energy
