Our client is a world renowned Wine producer with rapid sales growth in the Canadian market. This family owned business has been thriving for over 50 years in producing quality wines. They are looking for a business development representative with a passion for wines to work in partnership with their distributors in Quebec and the Maritimes'. Numerous appearances in wine events, dinners, a trade shows will be expected in order to properly promote the virtues of their fantastic range of wines. Another key point of this role will be working with distributors to ensure the successful trade marketing strategy to launch the new general listing within the SAQ.Functions:
Assist in continued and accelerated growth of the Canada market
Increase distribution in the SAQ and Liquor Boards in the Maritime and QuebecRegion
Assist in the representation of our brands in the Canadian market in trade with our distributors
Increase distribution in the SAQ and Liquor Boards in the Maritime and QuebecRegion

Manage events and other consumer and trade activity and deliver a high quality outcome
Maximise promotion opportunities with government liquor boards
Assist in developing Trade Marketing strategies in Quebec and the Maritime region

Job Requirements:
Academic | Bachelors degree or equivalent experience |
Languages | Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) |
Experience | 5 years + within the wine and spirits industry |
Experienced in presentations/public speaking Must be flexible and able to work outside office hours Ability to work under pressure Consultative selling approach Strong reporting and business writing skills |
