Our client is a distributor of painting and building supplies. They are currently looking to add a sales representative to their team. The hired candidate will be responsible for opening doors with contractors and building managers, and developers.

Functions:

Identify and develop sales opportunities with new and existing clients
Cold call on contractors, building managers and developers
Visit builders to introduce our product lines
Visit construction sites to get a feel for competitive environment
Call on prospective builders to get our products specified
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Report on sales activites
Build and maintain relationships with architects and designers who will specify our products
Must have a network with construction builders

Job Requirements:

Academic *Post secondary studies
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2 to 5 years sales experience in the construction industry
  Can do attitude
Door opener
