North of Montreal up to Qc, Trois-Rivières, Gaspé

Company Profile:

Our client is a distributor of heavy equipment used in the construction, farming and the mining industry. We are in search of a territory manager to sell and take care of customers on the North of Montreal territory, up to Quebec city, Trois-Rivières and some in Gaspésie. The candidate we are looking for has leadership skills and is aiming to grow into a company that offers career opportunities.

Functions:

To solicit the main players in your territory who have a vision for our products and introduce them to what we do.
Calling on customers ( municipalities, construction companies etc), following up with customers and work through with peer group to call on offices and job sites to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop existing accounts and continuously prospect for new customers in order to achieve established goals and objectives
Educate customers on our equipment and different financing options
Develop and maintain close relationships with all key customers
Provide training and equipment start up needs for both sales and rentals
Attend local and regional trade shows representing the company in your territory
Track all sales and contacts via CRM program

Job Requirements:

Academic Post secondary education
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A minimum of 2 years sales experience needed
  You have an attitiude of perseverance
You are comfortable with account and territory reviews
Your are professional
You are a hunter and are promotable
Self Starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
