Our client is a producer of energy and gas to small, medium and large commercial enterprises and light industrial customers. They are looking for a sales person with some knowledge of the industry. THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN EITHER MONTREAL OR QUEBEC CITY.


Implement a comprehensive, best in class sales process with established goals and activity targets and continuously track and monitor sales funnels activity and the achievement of budget sales goals and objectives through Goldmine (CRM)
Perform client and market research to support the creation of sales strategies specific to client
Understand our services and service line offerings and applicability to client account
Identify and communicate retail industry trends, client needs and link to our capabilities and marketing programs
Create targeted relationships building opportunities with key senior executives
Develop strong working relationships
Develop & foster all head office relationships
Develop targeted account level marketing and events plan for key relationships
Identify and develop appropriate tools to optimize market coverage
Promote a sales culture within the organization and represent the brand in the province.
Collaborate with marketing to build customer communications/list strategies which retain and “win back” lost commercial customers.
Stay abreast of competitive activities and benchmarks and provide insight on sales and marketing strategy to continue to grow the business within Quebec

Job Requirements:

Academic A degree from an accredited university with a strong academic performance; an advanced degree is a plus
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A minimum of 3 years experience is needed
  High energy, engaging and a dynamic communicator with the presence necessary to inspire confidence at all levels
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills
Ability to work as an effective team player in a fast paced sales environment
