Company Profile:

Our client is wholesaler and retailer of petroleum products. They are in need of an Area Supervisor to supervise around 10 stores. You will ensure that the company and environment standards and procedures are respected in your territory.

Functions:

Supervising and motivating a team of managers
Hiring managers
Training and integrating new managers and those already in place
Supervising managers in their decision making and daily tasks
Managing work relations in your territory
Ensuring quality level of customer service in your territory
Ensuring operations quality in your territory
Respecting allowed budget (sales, margins, expenses, etc...)
Analyzing financial statements in order to reach the company’s profitability expectations and develop an action plan for your territory
Ensuring that the company policies, procedures and standards are applied (human resources, merchandising, operations...) in your territory

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the retail field
  Leadership
Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
Ability to manage priorities
