Company Profile:

Our client is a high end housewares brand looking for a store manager who will drive sales and visibility. You are an enthusiastic self-driven person able to drive business to the store because of your contacts, marketing activities and networking. This includes responsibility for yearly sales budget, administration of daily sales operations, customer service, merchandise presentation and public relations. Please note that we need your resume in English.


Overall management of the store including back office functions such as daily sales operations, monthly reporting, creation of store schedules, responsibility for store cash floats, implementation of company initiatives and promotions, and communication to/from corporate headquarters
Achievement of sales targets and improvement of overall business and margins
Responsibility for P&L and control of store expenses
Capture client information and targeted use of client database
Maintain target stock levels and maximize sell-through by adherence to store assortment and careful ordering
Directly responsible for results of physical inventory
Recruit, train, supervise and develop Sales Associates
Responsible for strong product and brand knowledge for self and team
Maintain visual displays in accordance with company directives

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent experience needed
Languages éBilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 2 years retail management experience
  Sales initiative and proven experience selling to a luxury clientele
Solid decision-making skills and logical thinking
Excellent organization and oral / written communication skills
Strong commitment to follow-through
Positive attitude, high energy, enthusiasm, “Can-Do attitude”
